Healthmetrix
Healthmetrix is a berlin-based health-tech company building solutions to support researchers by simplifying data integration, data provision and by boosting patient engagement.
Within Smart4Health, Healthmetrix is responsible for connecting healthcare providers to the Smart4Health platform and enable the transfer of various data types (CDA, FHIR, HL7 etc.) from different Channels to the platform by converting them into FHIR format including syntactical mapping and semantic / terminology mapping.
Healthmetrix is also responsible for the design and implementation of the Data-Provision Pipeline within the Smart4Health project, which summarizes all the software components that are necessary to enable citizens to provide data from his/her Smart4Health account to the Smart4Health Research Platform. The pipeline includes: eConsent, De-Ident, Data Harmonization (Terminology Mapping) and FHIR to OMOP conversion.
