WP1 D1.4 1st Citizen/User Consent Language Report Deliverable D1.4 outlines a first set of insights concerning citizen/ user consent language in the framework of the Smart4Health project. WP1 D1.5 2nd Specification of user requirements and performance criteria Deliverable D1.5 provides the second specification of citizen and professional user requirements and, accordingly, the identification of performance criteria and outlines the process in which they were developed and traced. WP1 D1.6 3rd Specification of user requirements and performance criteria Deliverable D1.6 provides the third specification of citizen and professional user requirements and their respective performance criteria. The report delivers insights into the methodological approach for conducting co-creation engagements with citizen and professional users, in and after COVID-19 lockdowns. It shows how the collective work environment for user rquirements and performance criteria - the Performance Accountability Table (PAccT) - has been re-structured to further improve productivity and accountability. WP1 D1.7 Final Report on User Requirements and Performance Criteria D1.7 provides the final specification of citizen and professional user requirements and their respective performance criteria. It delivers a detailed methodological description and reflection of their establishment within a process of co-creation and ensuring performance accountability. The report outlines overarching needs of (potential) users that the implementation of user requirements should be able to address for all six Use Design Cases and offers several key points that need to be taken into account for the platform infrastructure to be considered meaningful and sustainable. WP1 D1.8 Description of the Use Design Cases from the citizen/user perspective Deliverable 1.8 provides the description of the Use Design Cases (UDCs). It offers the background regarding the narrative approach to the UDC development and outlines the concrete collaborative development and stabilization process that led to the UDC narratives. Most importantly, the deliverable presents all six UDC narratives, which describe the functionalities of the Smart4Health platform infrastructure as well as future directions to pursue. WP1 D1.9 2nd Citizen/User Consent Language Report D1.9 outlines the citizen/user consent language in the framework of the Smart4Health project, in continuation of D1.4. WP5 D5.3 1st Implementation of data donation for research and innovation in line with the legal provisions This document reports the progress on the implementation of research data into the S4H research platform in line with the different legal provisions of the different partners' countries. Progresses have been made in identifying the type of data which will be implemented in the S4H research platform and in clarifying the ethical and legal issues to be specified to allow the transfer of this type of data between the hospitals and the platform.
