The 2nd Smart4Health Health Day took place in Brussels between 13 and 14 October 2021. The Health Day was held in cooperation with the EASPD annual conference and under the umbrella of the conference topic “The future is now: Person Centred Technology to empower people and disability services”.
Participants were able to discuss the impact of technology on integrated health and social support, specifically on how Smart4Health can be used to improve the daily routine and the quality of life of care workers in home settings. Participants also had hands-on experience with the platform, participating in a co-creation process that was centred on what should be considered to support the workforce of social and support service providers and to enhance accessibility for diverse users.
