The Health Day was held in cooperation with the EASPD annual conference and under the umbrella of the conference topic \u201cThe future is now: Person Centred Technology to empower people and disability services\u201d. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants were able to discuss the impact of technology on integrated health and social support, specifically on how Smart4Health can be used to improve the daily routine and the quality of life of care workers in home settings.
