Die MyScience-Anwendung („MyScience App“)<\/strong> ist Teil des von der EU finanzierten Projekts Smart4Health<\/strong>.
Mit der MyScience App k\u00f6nnen Sie freiwillig Ihre Gesundheitsdaten der Gesundheitsforschung zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen<\/strong>. Forschungserkenntnisse, die aus der Nutzung Ihrer Gesundheitsdaten gewonnen werden, k\u00f6nnen einen wesentlichen Beitrag in der Gesundheitsforschung leisten<\/strong>. In der folgenden Erkl\u00e4rung verwenden wir den Begriff „Gesundheitsforschung“ f\u00fcr jegliche „gesundheitliche, medizinische und biomedizinische Forschung“, die darauf abzielt, die Gesundheit von B\u00fcrger*innen im t\u00e4glichen Leben, die Behandlung und Pr\u00e4vention von Krankheiten durch Angeh\u00f6rige von Gesundheitsberufen und das Verst\u00e4ndnis von Krankheitsmechanismen zu verbessern.
1) Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, die in Ihrem Smart4Health-Konto gesammelten Gesundheitsdaten zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen, werden diese de-identifiziert, bevor sie mit der Smart4Health-Forschungsplattform geteilt werden<\/strong>. Die Smart4Health Forschungsplattform ist eine separate Datenbank des Projekts. De-identifiziert bedeutet, dass jegliche Informationen, die Sie m\u00f6glicherweise identifizieren k\u00f6nnten, entfernt werden. Ihr Name wird durch einen eindeutigen Code ersetzt, der in der MyScience-App sicher aufbewahrt wird. Sie k\u00f6nnen w\u00e4hlen, welche Daten Sie zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen m\u00f6chten.
2) Datennutzung<\/strong>: Forscher*innen au\u00dferhalb des Projekts d\u00fcrfen nach einem Genehmigungsverfahren auf die Smart4Health-Forschungsplattform zugreifen und mit Ihren de-identifizierten Daten forschen. Ihre Gesundheitsdaten werden die Smart4Health-Forschungsplattform nicht ohne Ihre Zustimmung verlassen<\/strong>. Sie k\u00f6nnen auch \u00fcber die automatische Bereitstellung zuk\u00fcnftiger Daten entscheiden, sowie dar\u00fcber, ob und aus welchen Gr\u00fcnden Sie von einem Forschungsteam kontaktiert werden m\u00f6chten.
3) Welche Art von Forschung wird durchgef\u00fchrt<\/strong>: Die Verwendung Ihrer Gesundheitsdaten f\u00fcr die Forschung bedeutet, dass:

    Information<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/span>\n\nThe MyScience Application (\u201cMyScience App\u201d)<\/strong> is part of the EU-funded Smart4Health project<\/strong>. With the MyScience App, you can choose to provide your health data for health research<\/strong>.<\/span>\n\nResearch insights that are gained from using your health data may substantially contribute to the goals of health research<\/strong>. In the following explanation, we use the term \u201chealth research\u201d to mean all \u201chealth, medical, and biomedical research\u201d, that aims to improve the health of citizens in everyday life, the treatment and prevention of disease by health professionals, and the understanding of disease mechanisms. <\/span>\n

Which data is concerned: If you choose to provide your health data that is <\/span><\/strong>collected in your Smart4Health account, <\/em>it is de-identified before it is shared with the Smart4Health research platform<\/em><\/span><\/strong> \u2013 a separate database of the project. De-identified means that any information that could potentially identify you is removed and your name is replaced with a unique code that is kept secure in the MyScience App. You can choose which data you want to provide. <\/span><\/li>\n \t
    2. Use of the data:<\/span><\/strong> Researchers outside of the project are, after a process of approval, allowed to access the Smart4Health research platform and do their research with your de-identified data. Your health data will not leave the Smart4Health research platform without your permission<\/strong>. <\/span>You may also make decisions related to the automatic provision of future data, and for which reasons, if at all, you want to be contacted by a research team.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    3. Which kind of research will be carried out: <\/span><\/strong>Using your health data for research means that:<\/span>\n

      • researchers can access the de-identified data you decided to provide to the Smart4Health research platform, combine it with data provided by other users, and analyse it together to find answers to research questions; <\/span><\/li>\n \t
      • the results of these analyses are shared and discussed with other researchers and made accessible to the public.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t

            <\/ul>\nProviding your health data for research is voluntary. <\/span><\/em>If you do not wish to provide data for research, or wish to withdraw your consent later, it will not affect the medical care you receive or your ability to use your Smart4Health account <\/em>and its services. <\/span><\/strong>\n\nAfter downloading and starting the MyScience App, you will be guided through an informed consent process.
